Garth Brooks promises to get to the bottom of Friday’s drama regarding ticket sales for his three Atlanta shows. When tickets were released to the public…more than 100,000 people logged on to Ticketmaster to grab them. As a result…fans were waiting online for hours just to end up empty-handed.
Garth called and said: “What I want to do is I want to promise everyone that I’m going to get this fixed. We’re going to take a break. And we’ll see what the future holds, but I promise we’re going to get this fixed for Atlanta and everything down the line.”
Even Garth's wife, Trisha Yearwood had a hard time getting tickets. She's committed to buying two tickets for every show on this tour. Trisha wrote on Facebook, "I found out in Chicago how tough it was to get tickets, but after waiting for almost an hour online, I got my two...nosebleeds, but I got them! Today (Friday), I tried for three hours to get my two tickets, and couldn't get them. I feel your frustration, trust me".
