Brantley Gilbert hasn’t been in the gym lately.  He’s recovering from a hernia.  He has four tears in his stomach from lifting too much.  Brantley likes to work out five days a week and prefers to lift weights over aerobic exercise and cross fit.  In fact, he flat out hates to do crossfit.  The hernia isn’t keeping him from performing.  But he will take it easy in the next few weeks leading up to the release of his new album Just As I Am on May 19th.

Despite some high winds and technical difficulties on opening day, the annual Stagecoach music festival rocked thousands of country fans in California over the weekend.  Eric Church, Jason Aldean and Luke Bryan all performed headlining sets.

Josh Turner’s first book entitled Man Stuff lands in stores tomorrow, and it’s full of his trademark mix of humility, deeply-held faith and even a little bit of humor.  The book is equal parts autobiography and life lessons.  The cover is cute – including Josh and his kids!

Eric Church is coming to Atlanta on December 11th.   Win your way in each morning this week at 6:45 with Caffeinated Radio!
