Imagine an ice cream that changed color each time you licked it. A chef and physicist in Spain has figured out a way to take the cool treat and make it cooler.
Manuel Linares has created Xamaleon, a fruit-flavored ice cream that actually changes color as you lick it. The ice cream starts out as a light blue color. The server then sprays some sort of secret liquid on it that makes it appear more pink in color. Then, as you continue to eat it and it melts, it continues to turn different shades of pink.
Linares is not divulging exactly what's in the ice cream that makes it change color, but insists that it's all natural.
