Researchers from Harvard University have come to the surprising conclusion that the best way to eliminate performance anxiety is to get excited. Their study found that trying to stay calm while battling stage fright ends up making everything worse. So if you’re in a situation where your palms are sweaty, your mouth is dry, and your heart is racing, get excited and focus on the potential opportunities. Seriously… say, “I’m excited” out loud because it increases real feelings of excitement and puts yourself in a more productive state. (HuffingtonPost.com)
