Some things just can be unseen. For German police - and really - for anybody that was present, it was a man riding a scooter with just a helmet and sandals on.
A man in Germany was recently cautioned by police after he was spotted riding his scooter naked and wearing just a helmet. The man was cautioned as temperatures soared across Europe because of a Saharan bubble (basically a heat wave).
Officers tweeted an image of the man, suggesting he had stripped off because of the hot weather.
Brandenburg Police said they were "speechless" and asked Twitter users to suggest their own captions for the image. Unfortunately...they're German...so we can't read them! Haha!
