Meanwhile in Florida...Ricky Deely was stopped by police and arrested for pretty normal "Florida" things; driving on a suspended license, expired tags and drug charges. Deely and his passenger, the one arrested for drug charges were brought in. However, it's Deely's mugshot that has gone viral. The comments range from "The Goonies," to his larger than normal ears and choice of hairstyle.
