Two Men Arrested For Trying To Cash Lotto Tickets With Numbers Glued On

Here's your 'Daily Dose of Dumb.' Two men from Mississippi were arrested after allegedly trying to cash lotto tickets with the winning numbers glued on. Odis Latham (left) and Russell Sparks tried to claim their "winnings" at the Lottery Headquarters in Flowood. Their manufactured scratch off seemed to be worth $100,000. Both men were arrested and Latham was also charged with providing false information.
