Ethan Suplee was always known for his large frame and dimwitted character in most of his roles. Since his time playing Randy Hickey on "My Name Is Earl" Suplee has spent some time in the gym. Suplee is almost unrecognizable in some of his latest instagram posts. We showed the pictures to Kristen and let's just say, she needed a fan.
