Camden Ducharme appeared "fidgety" to a mother of a Girl Scout who was scammed by the Oregon man. Ducharme purchased a $5 box of Tagalongs by using a counterfeit bill.
Ducharme allegedly did this to another Girl Scout troop as well. Ducharme has been arrested and charged with multiple offenses.
