Richard Muzick walked into the backyard of a persons home at 2 p.m. Muzick allegedly scared a six year old girl, the wrong intended victim, Muzick told police. The police were called by the young girls father, who has no idea who Muzick is. In fact, Muzick claimed that he was at the wrong home and scared the wrong person. Muzick was arrested and charged with aggravated burglary.
