Bad karma is hitting the Braves hard! 4 Players, including slugger Freddie Freeman, are positive for COVID-19. Then today, 2 players got nailed in the junk during batting practice.
As if losing Markakis and Freddie Freeman weren't bad enough, now Ozzie Albies and Travis d'Arnaud are both nursing their manhood after batting practice.
Both where practicing their bunting skills and missed the all important nut shot ball.
It seems they will be ok after walking it off for a minute, but not a great start in any respect for the Bravos. If this is any indication how the shortened season will go, we might as well pack it up now. UGH!
