Darius Rucker raised more than $425,000 for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital earlier this week at the Darius and Friends benefit concert and golf tournament.
Darius committed to raising money for the hospital after his first visit to the campus in Memphis a decade ago. He says, “I was struck by how St. Jude not only cares for their patients but also their patients’ families. They believe that a financial burden is the last thing a family should face when their focus needs to be on helping a kid get better, and St. Jude makes sure that their patients never pay a dime."
Monday night's show featured Jimmie Allen, Kane Brown, Luke Bryan, Sheryl Crow, Travis Denning, Brett Young and special guest, Charles Kelley.
The concert and golf tournament have raised more than $2 million dollars for the hospital over the last ten years.
