Sam Adams is bring their Utpoias beer back just in time for Halloween this year but not everyone will be able to enjoy it because it's unusually high alcohol content.

Since the drink has such a high level of alcohol, it's actually illegal in 15 states including: Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Idaho, Missouri, Mississippi, Montana, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Carolina, Utah, Vermont and West Virginia.

According to Forbes, the beer has an ABV (alcohol by volume) of 28 percent which is significantly higher than normal beers that usually have lower than 10 percent ABV. Sam Adams reportedly only brewed 77 wooden casks of Utopias so if the beer wasn't illegal in your state, it'd probably be hard to get.
