Step-by-Step Initiative, Inc. is pleased to invite you to join us at our first Summer Unity Kickoff on June 5, 2021, from 11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., at Heritage Park in McDonough, GA. We are expecting enormous success at our Summer Unity Kick-off, anticipating over 1,000 attendees from around Georgia.
Step-by-Step Initiative, Inc. is a newly established non-profit organization based in Henry County. Step-by-Step Initiative’s mission is to empower individuals one dance, one smile, and one laugh at a time. Our goal is to empower, inspire, and assist individuals affected by unexpected circumstances, such as loss of a loved one, grief, homelessness, illness, abuse, and unemployment. Too often, people facing these unexpected obstacles are overlooked with no one to turn to or no outlet to recharge. Although everyone’s journey ends differently, Step-By-Step pledges to make a difference and assist individuals in need and is here to guide and encourage no matter the end result. Additionally, our Founder, Rashod Benton, also known as “Deputy B” of Henry County, has pledged to bridge the gap between the community and law enforcement. We hope to gain a partnership with your company, while helping us to bridge the gap as well.
The goal of this event is to raise at least $10,000 to assist individuals in need, provide a space for local vendors to sell and promote their businesses, while creating a family-friendly, fun event that will allow for families to enjoy each other’s company and share joy with others throughout the community.
