Drew Baldridge and his wife, Katherine Kraus, have welcomed Baby No. 2!
The “She’s Somebody’s Daughter” singer, who married his wife in May 2021 in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, announced son Ronen Rael Baldridge’s arrival on Instagram. Baby No. 2 joins big brother Lyric Lee Baldridge, who turned 3 in December 2025.
“Welcome to the world, Ronen Rael Baldridge,” the country star wrote in the caption of an Instagram post he and his wife shared. “His name couldn’t be more perfect—‘a joyful song seen by God.’ We’re all home and doing well after a wild 24 hours, and our hearts are so full. We can’t wait to share more of Ronen’s special birth story soon. In the meantime, we’d love extra prayers for Katie over the next few days because she had some minor complications 🙏
“We’ve been soaking up all the snuggles and the incredible love he’s already brought into our lives,” Baldridge said.
Baldridge, 34, confirmed to PEOPLE ahead of the 2025 BMI Country Awards in November 2025 that he and his wife were expecting another child. He told the publication at that time, “Katie and I are so excited to welcome our second son this April. We’ve always dreamed of having a couple of kids, and we feel so blessed to be adding another little one to our family. …2025 has been an incredible year with so many professional firsts, and I’m beyond grateful. But nothing comes close to the joy of being a father.”
Baldridge is one of several country artists to welcome a baby into the family in 2026. Earlier this year, Luke Combs and his wife welcomed Baby No. 3, Thomas Rhett and his wife welcomed Baby No. 5 (their first baby boy), and and Dylan Marlowe and his wife welcomed twins. Others with babies on the way include Emmy Russell (former American Idol contestant and late legend Loretta Lynn's granddaughter), Parker McCollum and more.
