APRIL 27TH

South of Peachtree

1.5 oz Dixie Citrus Vodka

Ginger Ale

2 dashes orange bitters

Orange wheel

Build in Collins glass over ice and garnish with orange wheel

Southern Shandy feat. Dixie Citrus Vodka:

1 oz Dixie Citrus Vodka

6 oz grapefruit beer (Schoffehoffer or equivalent)

Build in pint glass over ice, garnish with fresh grapefruit slice

Dixie Secret Garden

1.5 oz Dixie Southern Vodka

2 strawberries, muddled

4 basil leaves, muddled

.5 oz lemon juice

.5 oz simple syrup

Muddle strawberries with basil, add spirit, lemon and simple, shake and top with soda.

4/6 – THE MASTER OF ALL BLOODY MARYS

2 oz Dixie Black Pepper

top with bloody mix

Prepare in a Yeti tumbler over ice, garnish as desired, serve with pimento cheese sandwich.  Perfect for walking Augusta National.

3/30 – SOUTHERN APERITIF

Pronounced ‘a pair a teef’

1 oz Dixie Southern Vodka

1 oz Campari

1 oz Sweet Vermouth

Stirred and served over ice with orange peel

3/23 – Dixie Club Cocktail

1.5 oz Dixie Citrus Vodka

.5 oz amaeretto

.5 oz lemon juice

Dash Orange bitters

Build all ingredients in shaker, shake and strain to chilled martini glass

3/ 16 - DIXIE LEPRECHAUN SHOTS

2 oz Dixie Southern Vodka

2 oz Irish Cream

Chocolate syrup

Green food coloring

Pour Dixie and Irish cream in cocktail shaker with generous squeeze of chocolate syrup and two drops green food coloring, fill shaker with ice, shake vigorously, strain equally to four shot glasses

3/9 - Spring Ahead Punch

1 oz Dixie Southern Vodka

.5 oz Aperol

2 oz Soda Water

2 oz San Pellegrino Blood Orange Soda

1 lemon wedge, 1 lime wedge

Build all ingredients in a Collins glass over ice, gently stir

3/2 - Blueberry Basil Smash

1.5 oz Dixie Southern Vodka

8-10 blueberries

4-5 basil leaves

2 lemon wedges

.5 oz Simple Syrup

Top with Blenheim’s Spicy Ginger Ale (from SC)

Muddle blueberries, basil, lemon, simple syrup in cocktail shaker, add Dixie Southern Vodka, ice, shake vigorously, pour into cocktail glass, top with ice, top with ginger ale, garnish with 4-5 skewered blueberries

2/22 - BLACK PEPPER OLD FASHIONED

1 oz Dixie Black Pepper Vodka

1 OZ CHICKEN COCK Bootlegger Rye

1 sugar cube (or bar spoon/teaspoon of sugar)

3 dashes orange bitters

Orange slice

Top with soda

Place sugar cube in cocktail glass, soak with three dashes of bitters, muddle, add ice, add vodka and rye, stir, top with soda, garnish with orange and fresh cracked pepper

2/15 - Dixie Duck Call

1.5 oz Dixie Vodka

Equal parts Hard Cider and Tonic

Dash Bitters over ice

2/9 - DIXIE POMEGRANATE MULE

1.5 oz Dixie Citrus Vodka

.5 oz Pomegranate Liqueur

.5 oz pomegranate juice

.25 oz Lemon Juice

Top with Ginger Beer

1.5 oz Dixie Black Pepper Vodka

Charleston Bloody Mary Mix

Garnish with lemon wedge, lime wedge, celery and a CHICKEN WING

1/26 - DIXIE LEMON DROP MARTINI

2 oz Dixie Citrus Vodka

1 oz lemon juice

1 oz simple syrup

Build in cocktail shaker, add ice, shake vigorously strain to martini glass, with  lemon sugared rim***, garnish with lemon wheel

***To make lemon sugar for rim, use 1 cup course sugar with the zest of 1 lemon, shake and store in air tight container up to 1 month

1.5oz Dixie Southern Vodka

1/2 oz Coffee Liqueur

1/2 oz Caramel Syrup

1 oz Coconut Milk

Build in shaker, shake and strain to martini glass, top w/ whipped cream and chocolate sauce, garnish w/ Samoa Cookie

1/11 - Southern Mojo feat. Dixie Citrus Vodka

  • · 2 oz Dixie Citrus Vodka
  • · Fresh Mint
  • · .5 oz Simple Syrup
  • · 4 lime wedges
  • · Top with Soda

Start by adding a handful of fresh mint in a glass. Add the simple syrup. Muddle the mint to release the oils. Add 2 oz of Dixie Citrus Vodka. Fill the rest of the glass with ice. Shake. Top it with soda

Dixie Detox - 1/5

1 oz Dixie Southern Vodka

.5 oz honey syrup

1 lemon wedge

1 lime wedge

1 orange wedge

1 grapefruit wedge

Splash pomegranate juice

Combine all ingredients, shake, top off ice, top with soda

1 oz Dixie Vodka

.5 oz lemon juice

.5 oz Simple Syrup

Top with Champagne

 Combine Dixie, lemon juice and simple syrup, shake, strain to champagne flute, top with champagne, garnish with lemon twist

12/22 - Santa’s Punch

*Why bring a side dish to your holiday party, when you can bring punch!

*Frozen cranberries keep for about a year! Reuse these for your NYE cocktail!

In a large punch bowl, combine

1 Bottle Dixie Citrus Vodka

1/2 Bottle Simply Cranberry Cocktail

1/2 Bottle Simply Apple Juice

1 Liter Club Soda

Float Orange Wheels, Apple Slices (in circles, to show the star the seeds make), and frozen cranberries

(For one drink, 1.5 oz Dixie Citrus, 2 oz Cranberry, 2 oz Apple and top with club soda, garnish as desired)

12/15 - Homegrown Honey

1.5 oz Dixie Southern

1 oz Grapefruit Juice

.5 oz honey syrup

2 lemon wedges

Top with Fresca

Combine Dixie, juice, honey and lemons, shake and fill with ice. Top with Fresca. Garnish with grapefruit wedge and fresh mint

12/8 - Southern Eggnog

1 oz Dixie Vodka

.75 oz Amaretto

2 ½ oz premade eggnog mix

Shake, strain to fresh ice, garnish with fresh grated nutmeg

12/1 - Reindeer Fizz

1.5 oz Dixie Southern Vodka

Top with cranberry juice and soda water

Garnish with fresh cranberries, orange wheel, and fresh rosemary

Build in Collins glass over ice

11/24 - Out of the Red

2 oz Dixie Vodka

1 oz Triple Sec

2 Lime wedges

2 oz Cranberry juice

Combine, shake strain to shot glasses

11/17 - Pumpkin Spice Martini

2 oz Dixie Southern Vodka

1 oz Irish Cream

1 oz Pumpkin Puree

.5 oz simple syrup

.25 vanilla extract

.25 teaspoon Pumpkin pie spice

Shake vigorously and serve up

11/10 - Veteran's Day Punch

  • 1 Bottle Dixie Southern Vodka
  • 1 cup St Germaine
  • 1.5 Liter Lemonade (Simply Brand)
  • Strawberry Slices (will float)
  • Blueberries (will sink)

Will look layered as red white and blue!

11/3  - Fall Back

1.5 oz Dixie Southern Vodka

.5 oz Lemon Juice

5 oz Apple Cider

Splash Ginger Ale

Build in glass over ice, grate nutmeg over top, garnish with cinnamon stick and lemon twist

10/27 - Halloween Hooch

1.5 oz Dixie Citrus

.5 oz Peach Puree

Top with Sprite

Build in glass over ice

10/20 - The Dixie Tiger Paw

2 oz Dixie Vodka

.5 oz St. Germaine

1 oz Mango Juice

1 lemon wedge (squeezed and discarded)

Combine in glass, top with soda, garnish, with dried mango

10/13 - Bloody Mary

1.5 oz Dixie Black Pepper Vodka

Charleston Bloody Mary Mix

Garnish with lemon wedge, lime wedge, celery and a CHICKEN WING

9/29 - Beauregard’s Brew

2 oz Dixie Southern Vodka

1 oz Irish Cream

.5 oz Simple Syrup

5 oz Cold Brew Coffee

Build in a pint glass over ice and toss back and forth with another glass.  Garnish with Chocolate covered espresso beans

9/22 - Dixie Gatorade Collins

1.5 oz Dixie Southern Vodka

3 oz Gatorade flavor (or color!) of your choice

Top with soda

Build in insulated tumbler over ice

9/15 - Boiled Peanut Martini

(National Peanut Day)

2.5 oz Dixie Southern Vodka

.5 Dry Vermouth

1 oz Boiled Peanut Brine

Shaken, strained, served up in martini glass, garnished with skewered boiled peanut

(available in a can from any southern grocery store…but better from a street side stand!)

Sept. 8th - Southern Shandy

1 oz Dixie Citrus

6 oz grapefruit beer (schoffehoffer or equivalent brand)

Build in pint glass over ice, garnish with fresh grapefruit slice

Top with soda

1 dash grenadine

Build in Collins glass over ice (will look layered), garnish with floating lemon wheel, stir and sip!

AUGUST 11TH

Southern Raspberry Tea

2 oz Dixie Citrus Vodka

.5 oz fresh southern raspberry simple syrup

Top with chilled Charleston Tea plantation first flush tea

Build in Collins glass over ice. Garnish with fresh mint

AUGUST 3RD

National Watermelon Day

Whistlin Watermelon

2 oz Dixie Southern Vodka

5 cups cup watermelon (no seeds)

16 oz ice

3 oz margarita mix

Blend all ingredients in blender, garnish with watermelon slice

2 oz Dixie Mint Vodka 

Top with Ice Tea or Iced Tea & Lemonade

Add ice

Garnish with mint sprig and/or lemon slice.

July 28th

Dixie Spritz

2 oz Dixie Citrus Vodka

2 oz Margarita mix

top with soda

Build all ingredients in Collins glass with ice, garnish with lemon wheel

JULY 21ST

Just a Pinch Punch

2 oz Dixie Mint Vodka 

Top with Ice Tea or Iced Tea & Lemonade

Add ice

Garnish with mint sprig and/or lemon slice.

JULY 14TH

Beauregard Martini (a southern take on a French martini)

2 oz Dixie Southern Vodka

.25 oz fresh southern raspberry simple syrup*

1 oz pineapple juice

All ingredients into cocktail shaker, filled with ice, shake, strain and serve up, garnish with a fresh raspberry

*Raspberry syrup is equal parts water, sugar, and raspberries.  Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 3 minutes.  Strain.  Store in glass jar.  Will keep for a week in the refrigerator

JULY 7TH

National Blueberry Day

Blueberry Harvest Highball

1.5 oz Dixie Southern Vodka

.5 oz blueberry syrup*

.5 oz fresh lemon juice

Top with Bleneheim’s Spicy Ginger Ale

Garnish with Fresh blueberries and lemon wheel

*Blueberry syrup, is equal parts water, sugar and blueberries (make quantity as desired). Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes. Strain off blueberry skins. Store in glass jar. Will keep for a week in the refrigerator.

Independence Punch (Serves 25)

1 Bottle Dixie Southern Vodka

1 cup St Germaine

1.5 Liter Lemonade (Simply Brand)

Strawberry Slices (will float)

Blueberries (will sink)

June 23rd - Dixie Sunshine Sipper

2 oz Dixie Citrus Vodka

4 oz orange juice

dash of grenadine

Build in Collins glass over ice, garnish with lemon wheel

June 16th - Cat's in the Cradle

1 Bottle Dixie Citrus

½ Bottle Simply Apple Juice (or comparable)

½ bottle Simply lemonade (or comparable)

1 Liter Tonic Water

Garnish with apple circles, lemon wheels and fresh basil leaves

Drink Name: About Thyme

2 oz Dixie Southern Vodka

1 oz lime juice

¾ oz simple syrup

3 time sprigs (1 reserved for garnish)

Remove thyme leaves, muddle thyme with simple syrup, add Dixie and lime juice, shake and strain to chilled martini glass, garnish with remaining thyme sprig

1.5  oz Dixie Southern Vodka

.5 oz Hibiscus Simple syrup 

.5 oz lemon juice

Top with Prosecco

Build in glass and stir.  Garnish with dried hibiscus flowers and lemon wheel

***Hibiscus Simple: 1 cup sugar, 1 cup water, ¼ cup dried hibiscus flower, in a small pan, heat three ingredients to a boil and immediately remove from heat.  Allow to cool and strain out flower solids.  Store in glass jar.  Keeps in fridge for 2-3 weeks.
