The slap. I don't know that there will ever be a more talked about slap in history. Everybody has been talking about it. Everybody EXCEPT Chris Rock.
Chris has refused to talk about Will Smith, the slap or anything else related to what happened at The Academy Awards. He did start his Ego Death World Tour and has simply said that he's still processing everything and that he'll talk about it when he's ready. He may be getting closer to being ready.
At his show in Indio, California last Friday, the comedian said, "I'm OK, I have a whole show, and I'm not talking about that until I get paid."
He also added, "Life is good. I got my hearing back."
Also on Friday, the Academy banned Will for 10 years over the incident.
The news outlets are probably taking out loans now. This is a smart move on Chris Rock's part because somebody will pay BIG BUCKS for this interview.
