LuLaRoe Is Facing Backlash From Customers

The popular women's retailer LuLaRoe has come under fire from customers who are dissatisfied with their leggings.

The leggings, often sold in bright patterns and colors, are the most popular item sold by LuLaRoe.

Customers are becoming more vocal about what they say is poor quality leggings that rip and tear within hours of wear.

One customer said she had two pairs of leggings that "disintegrated within two hours of wear."

In a statement sent to TODAY, a LuLaRoe spokesperson said it stands behind the integrity and quality of its products.

"We encourage our independent retailers to remind their customers that they can contact them to help facilitate an exchange or full refund if they are unsatisfied with their product."

LuLaRoe is also facing a class-action federal lawsuit claiming it wrongfully charged customers sales tax in states where clothes are exempt from such taxes.
