Passengers say this was truly the flight from hell.
A flight was sent back to the gate before it even had the chance to take off.
In this video, you can hear fellow passengers screaming at a woman to sit down. After spending TWO HOURS on a hot tarmac, this woman refused to put her seat in the upright position for takeoff. An argument ensued between her and the flight attendants. At one point, she even let her dog run loose around the plane!
The plane finally took off after a total of four hours of delay.
