It's a bond between mothers after a mom of five donated a kidney to a single mom of one. 36-year-old Erica Walker says she was devastated when doctors told her she would need a kidney transplant after suffering from diabetes all her life. The disease complicated her plans to be a mother, but she says she was thrilled to have her daughter, Karli, 2 years ago. She turned to her church community for help.
