How to Get Better Sleep at Night!

I don't know ANYONE that gets a great night's sleep every night. Here are some ways to step up your game!

"The Sleep Doctor" Dr. Michael Breus has some great tips for getting better sleep. He suggests: 

  • using a sleep tracker for one week
  • going to bed and waking up at the same time every day
  • no caffeine after 2pm
  • no alcoholic drinks within three hours of bedtime
  • daily exercise
