People in Philadelphia are frustrated beyond belief. The city is currently under siege by bike thieves. It's a true epidemic with criminals getting creative and stealing more and more bikes.
As a video shows, in one incident, a group of men used a ladder to lift a bike over a pole, while in another, a thief unscrewed a sign post to get a bike.
