Parents Outraged After Charity Sends Out Offensive Mail

While training to raise money to help provide surgeries for children with cleft lips, the charity Smile Train rubbed some parents the wrong way.

Mom, Jess O'Connell, belongs to a Facebook group where parents chat about their kids who have cleft lips and cleft palates. That's where she saw a mailer and became livid. It shows children with facial birth defects and a caption that reads, "What if every day felt like Halloween?"
