Authorities say this horrific kidnapping happened on December 20th in Calumet City, Illinois.
FBI agents obtained security video which shows the suspect grab the victim as she was walking on a sidewalk. He allegedly put her in his red Ford Explorer and drove to an alley where he assaulted her.
Thanks to this video and the hard work of the FBI, this man is now under arrest.
