Could the Message on This Dollar Be Evidence in 1999 Missing Girl Case?

Back in 1999, the nation was shocked when 11-year-old Mikelle Biggs vanished from her front yard while waiting for an ice cream truck.

Now, nearly 20 years later, a dollar bill has surfaced in Wisconsin with a message on it: "My name is Mikel Biggs kidnapped From Mesa AZ. I'm Alive."

Mikelle's sister, Kimber, says she's suspicious of the message because of the misspelled name. Still, she's holding out hope that even if this is a hoax that some good could come of it by giving some attention to the tragic cold case.

And... If this is a hoax...  It would be unimaginably cruel and truly disgusting. I hope police find whomever is responsible.
