Randy Travis was honored with a star-studded tribute in Nashville last night, but before the festivities he and his wife Mary sat down for an interview where they discussed his recovery from a 2013 stroke. The stroke nearly cost Randy his life, and it’s left him with impaired speech. When asked if he was happy, Randy replied,” Well … no,” eventually adding, "Damaged." Randy may not be able to speak well, but he is singing, and wowed the audience at last year’s Country Music Hall of Fame when he sang “Amazing Grace.”
