Marren Morris is already having a stellar 2017 thanks to a Grammy Award and an ACM New Female Vocalist of the Year title. And she’s up for five more ACM trophies on April 2nd. Even before all the awards and nominations…she started finding ways to get used to her new hectic life.
“I have that moment everyday honestly. I feel like it’s chaotic and there is a lot of stuff going. I’m in different cities every night, yeah I think the most important thing is just feeling present and I’ve started journaling a lot just to remember what has happened every day because it’s all happening at once. So you have to have some totem of normalcy. So I’ve started writing things down even if they seem inane in the moment. I want to be able to look back and really be able to remember everything that happened to me and not take it for granted.”
