Kip Moore has committed to helping out songwriters who may be struggling financially so they can continue to write meaningful songs. He helps his co-writers whose songs don't become singles by giving them a bonus out of his own pocket each year -- and he hopes other artists will do the same. In the age of music streaming, songwriters get very little compensation unless the song is a radio hit. Think about this…Miranda Lambert's "The House That Built Me" was streamed 20 million times. But the two men who wrote the song only made $1000 apiece.
