Also presenting are NASCAR champ Jimmie Johnson, model Karlie Kloss, actress Lea Michelle, actor-director Tyler Perry and Pitch Perfect 3 stars Ruby Rose and Brittany Snow.
LOCash will host the pre-televised portion of the show.
The 51st Annual CMA Awards, hosted by Brad Paisley and Carrie Underwood, will be broadcast live from Nashville on ABC on Wednesday.
