Jake Owen has sold his 5000-square-foot home outside of Nashville for $1.31 million.
The house, which includes a custom-built recording studio, sits on seven acres land in Kingston Springs, Tennessee -- about a half hour from the heart of Nashville.
Jake reaped a tidy profit. He bought the house about six years ago from Loretta Lynn's daughter for $625,000.
