Dave Haywood and Charles Kelly of Lady Antebellum -- two of the University of Georgia's most famous alums -- will give the school's commencement speech this year.
Dave and Charles graduated from the school with business degrees in 2004.
The graduation will be held on May 4th at Sanford Stadium in Athens, Georgia.
The University of Georgia has a lot of famous alumni, including Ryan Seacrest.
