Kenny Chesney's New Album Is Available NOW

Kenny Chesney's Songs for the Saints album is out now.

He mixed the album in Key West at Jimmy Buffett's studio -- and he calls it the best part of making the record.

"I would ride my bike to the studio in the morning and would mix for a couple of hours. I've got a few friends at different parts of the island who are bartenders. And I would call them to see if anybody was at the bar. And if nobody was there I would sit in the corner and write in my journal, watch the day move away from us until it was about three or four o'clock, and I would get back on my bicycle and I would go back to the studio."

The album pays tribute to -- and benefits -- the victims of Hurricane Irma, which devastated the Virgin Islands.

Kenny and Jimmy cover Jimmy's "Tryin' to Reason With Hurricane Season" on the record.

Kenny is like country's version of Jimmy Buffett.

He also recorded a song with Ziggy Marley.
