Thomas Rhett To Release Deluxe Album

Thomas Rhett will release a deluxe version of his Life Changes album on September 21st.

The new set will feature new songs, "Country Gold,” “Cardboard Heart” and “When We're 80." The digital version will also include three remixes of “Leave Right Now” and a track with updated lyrics for “Life Changes.”

Thomas claimed his 11th number-one this week with the album's title cut.

He says, “This was the song that inspired the name of the album and is so special for me because it’s my family’s story. It’s amazing that so many people have also been able to connect it to their own stories.”

Thomas is up for four CMA Awards, including Album of the Year for Life Changes.

Thomas has one CMA Award to his credit. In 2016, he won Single of the Year for "Die a Happy Man."

His dad, Rhett Akins, has only one CMA nomination to his name. Last year he was up for Song of the Year as one of the writers of "Dirt on My Boots."
