Blake Shelton has landed a role in the animated film Uglydolls.
Blake will voice the character of Ox -- the unofficial mayor of Uglyville. He'll also perform original songs for the film.
Also in the cast are Kelly Clarkson, Nick Jonas, Pitbull, Wanda Sykes and Gabriel Iglesias.
Uglydolls will be released in May.
Blake is no stranger to voice acting. He portrayed Earl the Pig in the Angry Birds Movie.
He also has acting credits for Ridiculous Six and Malibu Country.
Blake is perfect for a role in a kids movie. He's a big kid himself.
Uglydolls are a line of, well, dolls for kids.
