Last Saturday, Morgan Evans played to a sold-out crowd at Nashville's Bridgestone Arena on Chris Young's Losing Sleep tour.
He says he's played bigger arenas, but playing this venue was different for him.
"It is not the biggest place that I've played. but it's the biggest place I've played with a song that people know like that. That was the difference. The energy in there was crazy. It was full, which you don't expect as the first person on. But when I was singing 'Kiss Somebody,' that was a moment I'll never forget."
Morgan's parents came from Australia to see the show and will see their daughter-in-law, Kelsea Ballerini, play Staples Center in Los Angeles next week when she opens for Keith Urban.
Speaking of Kelsea, she'll release a deluxe version of her Unapologetically album.
The album will feature four new songs, including an acoustic version of "Landslide" and "This Feeling," her collaboration with The Chainsmokers.
The deluxe album is due October 15th.
