Blake Shelton is offering hope to kids with cancer.
He's established the Blake Shelton Cancer Research Program at Oklahoma University's Children's Hospital in Oklahoma City, in honor of his cousin Aspen Van Horn, who was treated there.
Aspen was diagnosed with a neuroblastoma tumor when she was only five months old. She endured three rounds of chemotherapy, two transfusions and surgery to remove the tumor.
The good news is Aspen is healthy and turns three next month.
