William Shatner will make his Grand Ole Opry debut on February 15th. The actor, forever known as Star Trek's Captain Kirk, released a country album, Why Not Me, last summer.
He'll be joined on the Opry stage by Alabama's Jeff Cook, who wrote the songs and played on the record. Shatner and Brad Paisley are good friends so he may be in the audience that night. As far as actors go…Bill Murray, Rita Wilson, Robert Duvall and Billy Bob Thornton have all played the Opry.
