Dustin Lynch Announces Fiery New Single 'Momma's House'

Dustin Lynch announced he will follow up his recent hit song, "Ridin' Roads," with the release of "Momma's House."

The track, written by Dylan Schneider, Michael Lotten, Rodney Clawson and Justin Wilson, finds Lynch singing of the aftermath of a difficult breakup in a small town. "I'd burn this whole town down if it wasn't for my Momma's house," Lynch sings in the chorus.

"Momma's House" is the third single from Lynch's fourth studio album, Tullahoma. The upcoming project takes its name from the singer's Tennessee hometown, located about 80 miles southeast of Nashville.

"Every song on Tullahoma, there’s a reason it’s there," Lynch said. "A lot of that points back to the people who raised me, and growing up with a lifestyle where I could go outside and have fun, explore and try new things in the great outdoors. It’s kind of about being that kid and learning all those things. That’s my story, but I think we all can relate to the kid who’s discovering, the kid who’s figuring out love for the first time, all that good stuff."

Tullahoma follows up Lynch's 2017 album, Current Mood. In addition to "Momma's House" the upcoming project will feature his standalone single, "Good Girl" along with three songs—"Red Dirt, Blue Eyes," Little Town Livin'" and "Ridin' Road—from his 2019 EP, Ridin' Roads. The project will be released on January 17.

Lynch will embark on his 2020 "Stay Country Tour" kicking off on January 30 in Detroit, Michigan running through the end of March. Then, later this summer, he'll hit the road with Old Dominion for select dates of their "We Are Old Dominion Tour." The run will kick off May 5 in Key West, Florida, hitting 13 cities from coast to coast including Charleston, South Carolina, Maine and more.
