Chris Cornell's Passing Has Odd Atlanta Connection

Chris Cornell, of Soundgarden and Audioslave, his death is being ruled a suicide, after being found unconscious in his bathroom at MGM Grand hotel and casino around midnight.

He was 52-years-old and hailed as one of the father's of grunge. The odd Atlanta connection comes with where he played his last show. He had just wrapped up a show at Detroit's Fox Theater, before his death. (NY Times) 

Atlanta's Fox theater is also where Prince did his last show, before dieing of an apparent overdose. Plus, musician Col. Bruce Hampton died on stage at the Atlanta Fox Theater during his birthday celebration, just weeks ago.
