Several beach cities in the the Bahamas, Myers Beach, Tampa Bay and more, saw a pretty eerie phenomenon happen with Hurricane Irma. The ocean seem to disappear from the beach, and it was just sand for as far as you can see!
The Hurricane had so much power, that it pulled the tides back from the beach.
