Boston Celtics opened their NBA season with a matchup against the Celevland Cavaliers last night. Just a couple minutes into the first quarter, Boston's new star Gordon Heyward had a gruesome injury.
Heyward went up for an alley-oop he came down wrong on his ankle and it snapped. He immediately was in sheer pain and it's tough to see.

The injury looks really bad. It may end the season for Heyward. What a horrible way to kickoff a season, on a team that many think could be a strong contender this year.
Praying for his quick recovery!
Coach Brad Stevens said he was poised to have a really good night, based on how he was feeling and from practices.
