Last December, Clayton (Tucker Beathard's brother) and his friend Paul Tapreni III where at a Nashville bar when a fight turned into a deadly stabbing. Michael Mosley was just indicted for allegedly killing both men.
Beathard and Tapreni where in the Dogwood bar in Nashville December 21st, 2019. Reports say an argument happened after Mosley made an "advancement" towards a woman in the bar who was friends with the victims. It spilled outside and that's when Mosley allegedly pulled out a knife and stabbed Clayton, Paul, and another friend AJ Bethurum. Clayton and Paul both died from their injuries in the hospital. Bethurum suffered sever injuries to his eye and arm.
Mosley was just officially indicted on two counts of first degree murder/premeditated, one count of attempted first degree murder/premeditated, and one count of assault. (Source:WSMV Nashville)
I'm sure it's a long road for Tucker and his family to make it through trial and see justice served, but this is the first step. Tucker has yet to comment but is spending his time "reflecting" and enjoying "the simple life", according to his Twitter.
He also was back in Nashville for his sister 10th Birthday, as well. I'm sure a much different celebration than previous years with the loss of his brother and the state of the world right now... but smile nonetheless.
