A lighting strike a hundred yards away and this guy barely flinches. WHAT?!

A man in Florida is lucky to be alive when a bolt of lightening strikes a home less than a hundred yards away.

Rod Murphy was just going outside to turn off his sprinkler system when he saw his life flash before his eyes.... like literally. A massive bolt hit his neighbors yard and destroyed their yard. The impact could be felt through the ground under his feet.

Murphy told UPI, "It wasn't raining. It was cloudy, but that was it, and then boom. Only two things happen when you get hit by lightning: You die or you get knocked out. You don't know what's going to happen, and I thought I was a goner."

His doorbell cam caught the shocking moment and in slow-mo you can see the ground flying 20-feet into the air. The lightning Safety Council detected it came from a storm that was 10 miles away.
