The rosters for the MLB All-Star Game have been announced and it's looking extra great since there are FIVE Braves players that made the team.
Max Fried, Ronald Acuña Jr., Travis d'Arnaud, William Contreras & Dansby Swanson are on the NL All-Star Roster and will play July 19th during the 92nd All-Star Game at Dodger Stadium. This is the most Braves in one All-Star class since 2011.
“I'd like to bring the whole team with me,” Swanson told MLB.com. “I feel like each guy has had a big role in why we've been successful this year. Obviously, Travis is phenomenal, Willie's had kind of a breakout year for himself, Ronnie is obviously Ronnie, so it's pretty special. And then Fried, I've said that before, like, the guy's elite, he's top notch.”
Braves on currently in a series with the NY Mets who are the one team in their way from the #1 spot in the division. It's an amazing squad and an exciting year for the WS Champs who have a solid shot at grabbing another ring!
Let's Go BRAVOS!
May be a little odd this year if they have no concession employees for the All-Star Game. A massive strike of the workers just started in L.A.
