Sometimes we all need a dose of puppy love – and there's a dog in New York City who's willing to dole it out to anyone who asks.
Manhattan resident Cesar Fernandez-Chavez discovered that his golden retriever, Louboutina, is a natural born lover – because she stops to hug people every time she leaves the house. The five-year-old dog has become Instagram famous for delivering warm and fuzzy hugs while standing on her hind legs – more than 18,000 of them at latest count.
