Earlier this week, Tampa Officer Todd Magyarosi and Officer Jay Hollman got a call that they will never forget. When they arrived on the scene they say a small dog hanging from a balcony three stories up. They were able to use a sheet to catch the dog when he fell and lower his safely to the ground.
