If you’re planning on getting a live tree this Christmas season, you might want to consider getting it sooner rather than later. According to experts, the economic recession of 10 years ago forced many tree farmers to cut back on their planting season, so this year there are going to be a lot less trees … and they are going to be a lot more expensive. Some retailers are already predicting that they will sell out of certain tree varieties – specifically Fraser Firs, which are considered by some to be the best trees for decorating. (CBS)

Parents Name Their First Born After Olive Gardon
Jordan and Justin Garton like Olive Garden so much they've decided to name their first born Olivia. Little baby Olivia Garton is due December 6th. Olive Garden's corporate office found out about the baby and plan on sending Olivia a special care package when she is born. (Today)

Let’s hear it for coffee …
Coffee is pretty much a miracle drug. In addition to all the other great studies about coffee, new research has found that drinking coffee was linked to a lower risk of heart failure, stroke and coronary heart disease. Every extra 8-ounce cup of coffee a day (up to six cups daily) reduced each of these health issues by 8%, 7% and 5%, respectively. Time to add some cinnamon to your coffee … or anywhere else you want a dash of cinnamon flavor this holiday season … A new study has found that a property in cinnamon, called cinnamaldehyde, helps burn fat.
