Fireman Saved a Man Stuck In His Motorized Wheelchair

Firefighters in a small Missouri town did something amazing for a local veteran. The veteran decided to go fishing about seven blocks from his home. Shortly after he was finished fishing, he tried to turn around and go home when his motorized wheelchair lost power. Several firefighters showed up to help him out. They ended up pushing the veteran home, a 30 minute commute, while the firetruck followed closely behind. “We encourage our guys to find the best way to make a difference when they are out in the field,” Deputy Chief Hunley said.
