Remember when Robin Thicke was sued by the estate of Marvin Gaye over the song "Blurred Lines"? The country group, A Thousand Horses, might have a lawsuit on their hands against the Jonas Brothers.
The Jonas Brothers have a song out called "Cool" and it sounds almost identical to A Thousand Horses song "Smoke." Decide for yourself.
