Ginger Sprouse would see Victor at the same corner, every day! One day she decided to learn Victors story. Victor, a homeless man, battling through mental illness, was living on the streets. Sprouse would see him and the two eventually struck up a friendship. Sprouse ultimately offered for Victor to move into her home with her family. Victor is back on his feet and even has a home right next to Sprouse and her family.
